Coaching helps you gain self-awareness, the confidence to experiment and learn, and a sense of balance and renewal. Our 6-month program aims to guide executives during transitions, either leading change or changing roles. The program includes a virtual intake session, three walking sessions at a forest, park or beach and six virtual sessions, each about 90 minutes.
